SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

FreeForm Agency offers SMS/text message communications to users who have opted in to receive them. By providing your mobile phone number directly to FreeForm Agency — in person, by phone, during a scheduled meeting, or by initiating a text conversation with our assistant — you agree to receive text messages from FreeForm Agency related to account notifications, service updates, appointment reminders, and AI assistant alerts.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you have opted into.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

OPT-OUT
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You may also contact us directly at bryan@freeformagency.com to request removal.

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan.

  • FreeForm Agency is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
