Auxia unveils Agent Studio to automate enterprise marketing workflows

Auxia has launched Agent Studio, an AI-powered workspace designed to help marketing teams plan, build, execute and optimise campaigns across the software they already use. The Palo Alto company says the release extends its personalisation platform into broader workflow automation, addressing campaign delays, fragmented knowledge and lengthy cross-functional approval processes.

Key takeaways

  • Agent Studio uses AI agents to coordinate marketing campaigns across existing tools.

  • The platform supports planning, execution, optimisation, analysis and approvals.

  • Auxia says its Decisioning engine has delivered more than 200 billion personalisation decisions.

  • The product is currently available through an early-access programme.

Agent Studio is designed to connect with email service providers, customer data platforms and other systems used by enterprise marketing departments. It can also work with Auxia’s Decisioning product, allowing teams to combine campaign management with personalised customer interactions across channels.

A command centre for marketing teams

Auxia says marketers can describe a campaign objective in natural language, after which AI agents help plan the work, assemble campaign components and coordinate execution. Tasks can be launched on demand or scheduled for recurring workflows.

The platform is intended to reduce the manual configuration that often slows lifecycle marketing. It also aims to preserve institutional knowledge by giving agents access to business information that may otherwise be scattered across documents, tools and meeting records.

Collaboration and approvals built in

Agent Studio includes a shared workspace for feedback and approval management. Its agents can collect comments, summarise requested changes, reconcile conflicting input and route work to legal, brand, creative, analytics and operations teams.

Potential applications include identifying underperforming lifecycle emails, retrieving approved creative assets, routing revised campaigns for review and updating email systems after approval. Auxia also highlighted localised campaign creation, which could help regional teams review translated content more efficiently.

Decisioning business provides foundation

The launch comes as Auxia reports a milestone of more than 200 billion autonomous personalisation decisions delivered. The company said its Decisioning engine now processes over 500 million decisions daily for large corporate customers, including Atlassian, Comcast and Docomo.

Auxia said Agent Studio can operate independently, but is designed to work alongside Decisioning. This combination would let marketers coordinate campaign strategy and execution while using automated decision-making to tailor customer experiences.

Auxia targets execution bottlenecks

Sandeep Menon, Auxia’s co-founder and chief executive, said marketing teams are often constrained less by ideas than by the operational work required to turn those ideas into campaigns. He described Agent Studio as a way to shift marketers’ time toward strategy and creative judgement rather than configuration and approval chasing.

The company was founded by former Google and Meta engineers and growth leaders. Agent Studio is available in early access as Auxia expands from decisioning software into a broader platform for AI-assisted enterprise marketing operations.
